Information you provide
The contact form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, user type, subject, message, and consent selection so Victory Soccer Academy can respond.
Local browser storage
Phase One stores saved practice drafts and field-board diagrams in LocalStorage on your device. This information is not automatically transmitted to VSA. Clearing browser data may remove it.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics service is enabled in this package. If privacy-conscious analytics are added, this notice and any consent controls should be updated before collection begins.
Children
Phase One does not create public child profiles, public rankings, location sharing, or direct child-to-adult messaging. Children should use the website with parent or guardian supervision and should not submit private identifying, schedule, location, or medical information.
Sale of personal information
VSA does not intend to sell personal information. Any future third-party service should be reviewed and disclosed here.
Third-party services
Hosting, form delivery, analytics, or other service providers may process limited data when those services are configured. List the actual providers before launch.
Requests and contact
Add a verified privacy contact method before production so users can request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
