This draft explains how VSA plans to handle contact form data, browser storage, analytics, cookies, child-related data, and outside services.
Information You Provide
The contact form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, user type, subject, message, and consent choice so Victory Soccer Academy can respond.
Season Coach Email Reports
You can build, view, save, and print a Season Coach report without giving VSA an email address. If you choose Email Report, the site sends the report details to the server so it can email the full report to the address you enter. The report may include the team name, coach name, helper names, roster names, parent or guardian names entered in the roster, practice plans, game rotations, and snack signup names. VSA records the email address, coach name, team name, season start date, and request time for the report request. Do not enter medical details, private schedules, home addresses, or other sensitive child information in the report.
Local Browser Storage
Saved practice plans and Field Board diagrams stay in local browser storage on your device. They are not sent to VSA unless a tool clearly says it will send data. Clearing browser data may remove them.
Analytics and Cookies
No analytics service is turned on in this package. Update this notice and any needed consent tools before analytics are added.
Children
VSA does not create public child profiles, public rankings, location sharing, or direct child-to-adult messages. Children should use the site with a parent or guardian and should not submit private schedule, location, medical, or other sensitive information.
Sale of Personal Information
VSA does not intend to sell personal information. Any future third-party service should be reviewed and disclosed here.
Third-Party Services
Hosting, email, analytics, or other providers may process limited data when those services are used. List the actual providers before launch.
Requests and Contact
Add a verified privacy contact before launch so users can ask to view, correct, or delete their data when the law allows it.
