Photography and media

Obtain appropriate parent or guardian consent and follow organization policy before photographing, recording, identifying, or publishing a child. Avoid unnecessary identifying details, live location, and schedules.

Reporting concerns

Use the relevant club, league, governing body, law-enforcement, or emergency reporting process. Add verified VSA safeguarding contacts only after they are confirmed.
